You get a personal assistant with each Apple device, helping through your search and other tasks. Siri is the first voice based program installed in the iPhones to assist on your voice command. It is compatible with the native apps only, but the buzz in town says that we will see Siri playing nicer with the third party app for iWatch. Google already has extended the reach and improvised the Google Now with get Widgets &other update and Microsoft will launch Cortana with the Windows 8.1 update.
The Information, a tech site claims that Apple has a lot of things planned for the Siri’s training before iWatch launch. The voice driven search feature is expected to work with third party app and to make it more intelligent. The iOS 7 update trained Siri to pronounce tricky names and we will see many such improvements with another OS upgrade. We all know that Apple did not build Siri, but bought it from set of innovative engineers. It is said that the technology was a lot more functional and efficient before the acquisition. Apart from helping you with voice search, Siri can interface with recently launched apps, namely, Wolfram Alpha and OpenTable.
Apple wants to enhance artificial intelligence of the program to a limit where it can decide what should appear on the display of iPhones 5S, iPhone 5C or iPhone 5, based on current scenarios. For example: the running app should be launched, if a user is jogging. Voice based search capabilities are now becoming an important feature of Smartphone and each one wants to come up with the best they can. Reports suggest that Google is also working on the Google now’s third party interaction abilities which can automatically guide you to the needed app as per your activities. For example: if you have to send a message, the assistant will launch message app on the screen.
