The Mixpanel Analytics come up with some interesting facts regarding the iPhone. The statistics reveal that the iPhone 5S of Apple is the one of the five active iPhone models. It is the one that makes up 19.31% of active models.
This premium model of Apple is in a queue to surpass the iPhone 4S, as it is still in use by more than 23% of iPhone users, whereas, the iPhone leading the stats is the Apple iPhone 5 which accounts for 32.65% of the total active iPhones.
If we try to figure out why the Apple iPhone 5 is on the top, it is not that hard to find out. It is the first iPhone with 4 inch screen and it seeks attention of many potential buyers and users are still in their contract with the carrier providers that too for the next year. So, with this, it is assumed that the next iPhone 6 which is assumed to ship with 4.5 to 4.7 inches screen on Apple iPhone 6 might be helpful in the sale of the device when it will be launched.
Surprisingly, the Apple iPhone 4 is the one that still make up to over 16% of active users and sadly, the iPhone 5C is at the bottom list with 6% of iPhone users. This correlates with the recent reports of the inventories of the iPhone 5C which reached to the 3 million units. The iPhone series are basically in trend with iPhone 5S and iPhone 5 the top notch devices, whereas, the mid-range iPhone 5C and low-end model iPhone 4S are the counterpart.
